Sandeep Singh, Esq.

Sandeep was born in Punjab, India, and raised in Cleveland, Ohio after his family immigrated to the United States. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Akron and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Sandeep brings a diverse legal background to Schallert PC: experience at a respected workers’ compensation defense firm, civil litigation work with the State of California, and representation of injured workers. This 360° perspective allows him to evaluate claims from all sides and craft practical, cost-efficient strategies for employers, insurers, and third-party administrators statewide.

As a first-generation Indian immigrant, he values the resilience and perspective his upbringing provides. Outside the office, Sandeep cheers on the Cleveland Cavaliers, watches UFC, explores new restaurants, and stays active.

At Schallert PC, Sandeep advocates for employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators across California and guides clients through each stage of the claims process.
