Kristin A. Schallert, Esq

Kristin received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Riverside in 2010. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2014 while jointly earning a Master of Public Policy.

Prior to opening Schallert PC, Kristin was a Partner at a Workers' Compensation law firm handling all aspects of Workers' Compensation matters while simultaneously training new associates.

Ms. Schallert has represented insurance carriers, TPAs and self-insured employers in defending all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims including 132a, serious and willful, homeowners, employment and coverage issues. She is a member of the State Bar of California and is Schallert PC's founding principal.

Kristin loves to travel with her husband and two daughters. She takes pride in finding kid friendly accommodations and activities world wide the whole family can enjoy.
