Brian W. Freeman, Esq.

Brian W. Freeman has extensive workers' compensation applicant-side litigation experience since 2011. With this background, Mr. Freeman gives clients a strategic advantage in evaluating exposure, understanding local WCAB boards and judges, familiarity with opposing counsel, and efficiently resolving complex claims.

He has extensive experience in depositions, trials, and appellate matters up to the District Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. Mr. Freeman values prompt and personal communication with every client above all. He is a member of the State Bar of California.

Brian loves photography paired with travel. His Leica M11 is his favorite camera, and he aims to visit Japan at least once a year. At home, he spends time with his two young boys and plays chess.
